To Cancel or Reschedule An Appointment:
Call 919-681-3937 if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Give at least 24 hours notice so we can make your appointment available
to another patient.
Payments and Insurance:
Bring your health Insurance policy information with you. You will be
asked to pay any fees not covered by your insurance at the time of your
visit. We will file insurance claims on your behalf. Please remember
that you are responsible for your account.
Location and Parking:
Located in the Duke Health Center at 3116 N. Duke St. in Durham. Parking
