Payments and Insurance:
Bring your health insurance policy information with you. You will be
asked to pay any fees not covered by your insurance at the time of your
visit. We will file insurance claims on your behalf. Please remember
that you are responsible for your account.
Location and Parking:
Located just off Erwin Road next to Duke University North-Hospital in
Durham. There is a pay parking lot located adjacent to the building.
