Give at least 24 hours notice so we can make your appointment available
to another patient.
Payments and Insurance:
Bring your health insurance policy information with you. You will be
asked to pay any fees not covered by your insurance at the time of your
visit. We will file insurance claims on your behalf. Please remember
that you are responsible for your account.
Location and Parking:
Located just off Tryon Road, at 2000 Regency Parkway in the same
building with Truliant Federal Credit Union. Parking is free and located
